With more than 15 years of experience in the treatment of adult and geriatric psychiatry, I work to combine the practical aspects of medication and psychiatry with the more intangible aspects of mental health care-self care, boundaries and mindfulness strategies .

Think about all the things you have worried about your whole life
 that never came true;
Or think about things that came true but weren't as bad as you thought;
Or think about the things that came true and were as bad as you expected.
You are still here, you survived and grew as a person.
Never let anxiety take that away from you-you are a survivor!
