• All messages, including emails and portal messages, left during non-business hours will be received when the office reopens for the next business day.

• When trying to reach the office staff , please leave a voice mail.  If you do not leave a voicemail, we have no way to know that you called.
• All voicemails will be returned in the order in which they are received.


• ​Repeatedly calling the office in a short period of time makes it more likely that calls will be pushed to voicemail, so please just leave a message. All messages will be answered. Thank you for your consideration.


• If you require assistance when the office is not open, as an existing patient only, you may contact the on-call provider.
• Please do not use this service to cancel or change appointments.
• There may be a charge for this service, as described in the office policies and procedures.

• Current fee for use of credit cards for payment of account balances as of 7/1/2025: 3.68%
• Payment by cash or check is also acceptable
