For out of network services, as of 01/01/2020:

>Initial Psychiatric Evaluation-$400 for 60 minute appointment
>Follow up appointments- $200 for first 30 minutes and $400 for 31-60 minutes |
- Please note it your responsibility to know if your insurance has a deductible, copayment, co-insurance, prior authorization requirements, or any other type of benefit limitation for the services rendered.
- It is also your responsibility to verify that your provider is in network with your insurance and to set up coordination of benefits with insurance policies prior to being seen.
