A personal boundary is the process of valuing yourself enough to do the hard work of saying "no" to other people.

I can really relate with what you're trying to point out. I have been accepting all kinds work and suggestions from other people, that I cannot reject anything anymore. I have learned to say "no" when one person got past my patience. It is never bad to reject and disapprove of something/someone, mostly if you have been draining your energy for too much. We must learn how to appreciate our own value and never settle for someone who only uses us for their own benefit.
